How was the system built?
It started from scratch — honest conversations about what slows down daily work and needs to change now. We did not build this in a vacuum or from textbook assumptions.
Every feature, page and mechanism in NEUACO was built with the field. Step by step we moved from rough sketches to working solutions, testing on a live property and dropping flashy extras for pure practice.

From first idea to the ambassador version
The path from first outline to the final product was long but fruitful. Every next version was corrected, improved and refined together.
