Early Access Terms

1. What early access is
Early access is a limited programme that lets selected accommodation operators use NEUACO before general commercial availability. Joining the waitlist or submitting a contact form does not by itself create a paid subscription.
2. Free seat pool
We offer free seats in limited rounds (pools). The number of free seats shown on the site is informational and may change as more people join. When a pool runs out, we may open another round later or stop accepting free seats.
A free early-access seat means access under these terms for PLN 0 for the period we communicate to you. It is not a lasting guarantee of free use forever.
3. Product stage
NEUACO is in an active development phase. Features may change, be incomplete, delayed or removed. During early access we do not guarantee specific uptime, support SLAs or feature delivery dates — unless we confirm that to you in writing.
Descriptions, visuals and features shown on the NEUACO website do not define the current state of the application and are not an offer of a guaranteed feature set. They are illustrative — they show planned development stages and product direction. The actual scope may differ: features may appear in another form or order, be limited, postponed or never ship; other features not listed on the site may also appear.
4. Who may join
Early access is intended for accommodation operators (e.g. resorts, hotels, guesthouses, apartments). We may accept or reject applications at our discretion and prioritise participants who help us validate the product.
5. Your obligations
- provide accurate contact details,
- use the product lawfully and only for your own business needs,
- not resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute early-access access,
- keep login credentials confidential if / when accounts are issued.
6. Feedback
You may share comments and suggestions with us. You grant Neution Studio a free, worldwide licence to use that feedback to develop NEUACO, with no obligation to pay — unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Pricing after early access
After the free period ends or when paid plans launch, continued use may require a commercial agreement and payment. We will inform early-access participants before moving from free to paid access. If you do not accept future pricing, you may stop using NEUACO.
Early-access participants who later move to a paid plan receive a 20% discount off the base price* of the NEUACO product. The discount applies only to the base product price (it does not cover add-ons, custom work or third-party fees — unless we agree otherwise in writing) and remains in force for as long as your paid subscription stays continuously active under these early-access terms.
The discount does not arise solely from joining the waitlist or from submitting a form alone. It is available to people who have been accepted into the Early Access programme and who then enter into a paid NEUACO product plan with us. We will confirm grant details when you move to a paid plan.
* Base price refers to the selected feature package defined by NEUACO. Packages are the same for every user — except that individual features may be purchased outside a package. Prices (including package base prices) may change.
8. No warranties and full exclusion of liability (Early Access risk)
8.1.
Software made available under the Early Access programme is in a test (development) phase. Services are provided by natural persons — Dominik Gawenda and Piotr Dańszczyk — acting jointly under the unregistered trading name Neution Studio (the “Creators”).
8.2.
The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from latent defects. The Creators’ liability under statutory warranty for defects is fully excluded.
8.3.
By choosing to use the Early Access version of the NEUACO ecosystem, you fully accept its experimental nature and voluntarily assume all related business and technology risk. The Creators do not guarantee continuous system operation or the security of information you enter into it.
8.4.
To the widest extent permitted by applicable law, the Creators bear no property or damages liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the product. In particular, the Creators are not liable for:
- unintentional security breaches, including leaks, loss, destruction or modification of data entered into the system (including guest databases, reservations and other User data);
- interruptions to accommodation operations, infrastructure failures, errors in integrations with external systems or errors in source code;
- lost profits (lucrum cessans), loss of reservation revenue, loss of contracts, reputation or other financial losses of the User.
8.5.
The above limitations and exclusions of the Creators’ personal and joint liability apply regardless of the legal basis of a claim (including non-performance or improper performance of a contract and tort), except for damage caused to the User by the Creators solely through wilful misconduct.
8.6.
For consumers (where mandatory law grants the User that status), the above exclusions apply only within the limits allowed by consumer law.
9. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy .
10. Suspension and end of Early Access
We may suspend or end your Early Access participation — in particular for breach of these terms, abuse, a security threat, or when we end or limit the programme. Where possible we will notify you by email. You may also leave at any time by stopping use of access and writing to hello@neuaco.com.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change with each update. Questions: hello@neuaco.com.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms and the legal relationship arising from Early Access participation are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the common courts with venue based on the Creators’ correspondence address (Katowice), subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction — including consumer-protection rules where applicable.
